X-Fonter Toolbar Guide

The X-Fonter toolbar provides quick access to the most commonly used font management tools. With a single click, you can perform actions such as printing font reports, creating HTML font books, filtering fonts and managing your font collection.

The toolbar is optional and can be enabled or disabled in the Options screen.

Toolbar Functions

The toolbar contains a set of icons that provide fast access to important features:

Print Font Report – Generate and print detailed font overviews
Create HTML Font Book – Export your fonts to a web-based preview
Options – Open the settings to customize X-Fonter
Refresh Font List – Reload and update the font database
Set Filter – Apply filters to quickly find specific fonts
Clear Filter – Remove active filters and show all fonts
Copy Fonts – Copy selected fonts to another location
Move Fonts – Move fonts between folders or collections
Help – Open the X-Fonter help documentation

Using Toolbar Tooltips

Each toolbar button includes a tooltip. Simply hover your mouse over an icon to see a short description of its function.
