Keyboard Shortcuts

Color Formatting

The following shortcuts switch the active color format. ColorMania supports 14 formats in total — those without a keyboard shortcut can be selected from the format dropdown in the main window.

Ctrl-H — HTML Hex / CSS
Ctrl-R — RGB Values
Ctrl-K — CMYK Values
Ctrl-P — Photoshop Values
Ctrl-D — Delphi Hex
Ctrl-B — VB Hex

Color Determination

Ctrl-Alt-1 — Exact Pixel Color
Ctrl-Alt-3 — 3×3 average pixel sample
Ctrl-Alt-5 — 5×5 average pixel sample

Magnifier Zoom Level

Shift-F1 through Shift-F10 — Zoom levels 1× to 10×
Ctrl-Alt-Q — Clear Zoom Window

Coordinates

Ctrl-Alt-C — Set coordinates to (0,0) at current pixel
Ctrl-Alt-X — Reset coordinates to screen coordinates

Misc

Ctrl-Z — Undo color change
Ctrl-Alt-Z — Redo color change
F1 — Show Help
Alt-F4 — Exit ColorMania
