This is one of my favorite image viewers.  It's extremely easy to use and has lots of power. Now that I bought a digital camera, I'm even gonna use it more.

CDex
I use this program to convert my CD collection to mp3 files, but it can do a lot more too. I especially love the CDDB support and the ease of use. Just a few clicks and you've got a whole CD converted. It supports a wide range of encoders

I just love this program. It manages all the programs that are run when you startup your windows. I recently used it to identify a virus on my girlfriend's computer.

Inno Setup is a super freeware installer designed so you can quickly and easily create custom installation files. I use it for all the software on my website. Plus, it's written in Delphi :-)
